On Friday May 23th, 2014 the Memorandum of Understanding between the World Diamond Council (WDC) as the Kimberley Process Administrative Support Mechanism (ASM), and the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Angola as 2014 Chair and Vice-Chair of the Kimberley Process, was signed in Antwerp, Belgium.
